Take OSU and the 32. Adam Hall SDSU's returning Quarterback is hurt and out. I was at last weeks SDSU game VS Eastern Washington(undersized, no speed), and they were dreadful. I mean the passing game was weak. The receivers were horrible, and now they have a redshirt freshman transfer starting, Matt Dlugolecki starting in his first game! While he looked ok, and his freshman coutnerpart RB L. Hamilton, looked good, there are just too many obstacles to overcome! OSU will simply not let them score. Osu wins this win 42-0!
I'm from San Diego and just want to warn everyone not to sell the backup QB short. He played high school ball with Chris Rx and won the QB job, moving Rix to WR. He's a transfer from Illinois and was actually with the Illini when they won in the Horshoe. THe problem will be on the line of scrimmage, not at QB.
Just throw in the Clarrett distraction w/ him reportedly out for the season now. Does it galvanize this team, or do they have trouble focusing on the game.
I think OSU thumps em' but that is a lot of points to be giving up.
I will avoid this game as OSU is an awesome team playing a below average team, but with a number like that there are WAY to many things that can go wrong on you.
I'll root for a huge upset, but avoid the game
